The Facilitative Leader Workshop
This four-day experience offers you and other leaders or team members a detailed, comprehensive approach to increasing your effectiveness, and gives you intensive, supervised practice, so that you leave the workshop being able to lead, manage and participate in teams much more effectively. Generally, we suggest you and other leaders attend in intact teams, so that you can get real work done while learning a new approach to leadership. We prepare you to be effective advocates for change toward the end of the workshop, and give you materials and information to support you in introducing this new approach to leadership to your organization. Developmental Facilitation
For key leadership groups and key, high-stakes decisions, you may rely on us to:
- Help your leaders have effective conversations, and
- Develop your leaders' capacity to work effectively together
...all while helping you achieve your performance goals. These developmental sessions will reinforce the learning you and your colleagues acquired in the Facilitative Leader workshop. Coaching
Inevitably, you'll find that you want customized, timely help with a particular issue or opportunity. You'll also want this help to be given consistently with the new model of facilitative leadership that you've adopted. That's where we come in. We help you and your colleagues deal with your new leadership challenges more quickly and effectively than you would have on your own, saving you, your colleagues, and your organization precious time and resources. Train the Trainer
