Cancellation and Refund Policies

We realize circumstances beyond your control may prevent you from attending a workshop or participating in a scheduled coaching session for which you have paid. It is our desire to meet your goals and serve your financial interests while satisfying our goals and financial commitments.

Our intensive workshops teach valuable skills to help transform a person to using a Mutual Learning mindset to achieve superior outcomes in place of a unilateral mindset that leads to poor results. Unlike a majority of training programs, our workshops require time and advance preparation that takes place weeks ahead of the start of the workshop. Due to the advance work, our refund and cancellation requires greater advance notice.

TRAINING

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to fill your vacancy.

If you notify us by email at least 60 days before the first day of the workshop:

• You have the option of transferring your payment to a future workshop or receive a refund.
  • If you paid by credit card and request a refund we will issue a refund less 8% of the fee, due to credit card fees and administrative costs, plus the cost of materials that were shipped to you.
  • If you paid by check and request a refund, we will issue a refund less a $75 administrative fee, plus the cost of materials that were shipped to you.

If you notify us by email between 59 to 31 days before the first day of the workshop:

• You may send someone from your organization to fill your seat.
• If you recruit someone outside of your organization to register to take your place, or we are able to fill your vacancy, we will transfer you to a future workshop or issue you a refund less fees and expenses as described above.
• If we are unable to fill your vacancy, you will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee you paid.

If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop or if you do not notify us in advance:

• You forfeit the ability to transfer to a future workshop and no refund will be offered.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop:

If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel a workshop, you may choose to receive a full refund or request a transfer to a future workshop.

COACHING

• You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session without penalty if you notify the consultant you are working with at least one full business day in advance.
  • You may reschedule the session for an alternate time within 30 days of the date of the cancelled session.
• If you provide notification less than one full business day, you will owe 50% of the coaching fee.
• If you miss your coaching appointment and did not provide advance notice, you will owe the full cost of the session.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session:

If unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel a coaching session, we will notify you as soon as possible and will reschedule the session with you for a time that is mutually convenient.
